I brought my car in on a saturday one hour before the shop was due to close, and even despitehow busy they were at the time, the manager stayed for an extra hour after closing to fix the exhaust connection on my Peugeot, and then even refused my money once I tried to pay as it was such a small job. I would have been absoloutely screwed if it werent for the people here going the extra mile so I really appreciate the help.

I came in on a busy Saturday with a puncture and no appointment. The guys did their best to fit me in and said it may take all day but they would do it that day. They were true to their word. They wetre apologetic that it took a long time but i was simply grateful they fitted me in that day. I was also expecting to pay for a new tyre but they found a nail in the old one and were able to fix the puncture so a much cheaper fix than i was expecting. Thank you! Great service.

Booked MoT 4/12/23 it was cancelled due to "Internet problems" rescheduled for 11/12/23 AGAIN CANCELLED because of sickness, they were clearly extremely short staffed and struggled a phone call in advance would have been nice not while I was arriving 10min before my appointment, the guy wasn't helpful in trying to rebook just kept saying phone in the morning , by this point my cars MoT is going to be expired , now booked elsewhere for half the price, Halfords/National tyres rip off...... was quoted roughly £300 for front disc and brake replacements, my local garage did this work for £180! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! ( I booked with these for blue light discount ) never again.

Dropped my car off at 2:30pm for 3pm to have 2 front tyres changed, 3:30?nothing. Arrived at 4pm to collect to be told it?s JUST going on the ramp.4:30? nothing, ANOTHER HOUR?5:20pm I collected my car! Took them 2.20hours to change 2 tyres, ridiclous. Will not be going back

Great honest tyre centre. Buying tyres through halfords online and having them fitted here was half the price of anyone else for the same make of tyre.
