Arrived at 17:45 to be told they had closed. Was told by the manager at the door they had changed the times online. I advised that I knew what I wanted and that times on their Google Profile needed updating aswell. Not interested in the custom. Went elsewhere.

Only gave 1 star because sizing was wrong when I spoke to staff about sizing they argued with me. 38 short is actually 38 reg. Not very professional at all arguing with a customer.

Had great service while on holiday in the town. Staff were very friendly and really helpful. We got some good bargains to take home and will definitely call in again when next in Newquay ?

Cramped, staff very unfriendly, confusing layout for sale items - non sale items are put with sale items in an attempt to confuse customers into buying at full price once they get to the till. Awful shop

We managed to order on line what we needed with the help of the assistant. Fabulous, unfortunately the items did not arrive, apparently they got lost in transit,so had to email lots of times then told could have money back ,so went to a store to get money back, store had the items in that we had ordered,so we managed to sort it out and go home with what we ordered in the first place, long drawn out process to get what we ordered, all good in the end ,??
