Walking the coast path, called in for a drink staff friendly and store well stocked with most bits you could need need, parking limited if you where in a car and aisles a bit tight for wheelchairs etc, but hey do the best hey can with the space they have.

Two of the most miserable, surly storekeepers it has ever been my misfortune to meet. No greeting, no eye contact. Happy to take your money without any customer service. Dreadful.

I was on a long walk with my sister round the coastal path and round to here. We had a poke about for a coffee and cake but things aren't quite open yet. The friendly National Trust dude at the beach carpark told us to head to the post office for pasty and coffee and he was right to do so. Coffee was okay but pastie was top tier for the pennies. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely the place to go when staying at Parkdean Holiday site. Prices brilliant, some even better than home, and a wide range of local and not so local items. Words can't do it justice.

So I?m 10 and I go down to shop every day, I go in there to get a can of prime the staff are really nice and super nice and I got can and the next day it was the manager/owner shift. He was working there I walk in and he say I can?t get one there was a girl behind same age as me and the owner/manager, yet hey a can of prime I think it was Friday

We've been visiting now n holiday for several years and always enjoy shopping in this small but well stocked shop. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The owner is a HORRIBLE man, I tried to send a letter off and he refused saying 'it won't work'. I said it's really important can you at least try. He then goes 'come back tomorrow it's not working' after dismissing me. He then storms off to the back. I try to talk to him asking if he can try. He was so rude and shouted 'its my business ', I then ask him why won't it work, he proceeded to shout 'why are you asking it's none of your business'. Extremely rude and horrible, awful service.

Owner rude, has no people skills. Shop has a lot of nothing, full of tat for tourists, discombobulated. Rude and undermining to customers and his own staff. Also deflects any shop/post office problems onto customer. The sale can't come quick enough.

Staff seems to make their own rules ,are rude and discriminatory towards mask exempt people, even after stating that neither mask, nor exemption badge is a legal requirement nationwide, I was told by the rude woman at the till that '' if I don't like it I can go away ''. AVOID! They need to learn basic manners on top of the regulations of this country.

Signs all stating 'no mask no purchase' around store yet which I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to discriminate against & staff aren't wearing a mask or wearing exemption lanyard.
