No customer service. One lady with blonde hair behind the bar nice. All the other 6 staff. Poor. Pepper sauce was watery, fish and chips condiments were inedible. Really is shocking.

Returned to Cornwall and had a lovely meal at the Lewinnick Lodge. Moules Frites with a glass or Rose wine, burger and fries with a pint. The seafood was fresh and the burger juicy.

Sunday roast was awesome, great staff, which is a refreshing change. 100 % recommend. The place itself is great, they have not crammed in loads of tables so gives the place a nice airy feel. Views are excellent.

Stunning views out over Fistral and the headlands. The waves coming in are fantastic and you can see the pinprick surfers grabbing hang time afar. Worth a nice walk out to the end afterwards to see the surrounding bays and the epic sea.
Don't let the brioche bun that looks like it's been hulk smashed by el incredible himself put you off. The fish inside it was perfectly battered and no drips of fat. It was Idealios Ravenelli!
Will go back, maybe I'll take my mum, or someone elses mum ?

This place was amazing and if I could give it 10 stars I would. It was booked as a last minute destination. Being honest I only booked it as it had parking in Newquay.
I had to be on a zoom meeting from 5.30pm till 9.30pm.
From the second I arrived I wad amazingly treated, the lady on reception was so lovely and helpful (I wish I could remember thier names) and could do no more for me.
The guy in charge of the restaurant was brilliant. They closed at 9.30pm and I asked him if I could place and order and eat in my room at 9.30pm. He was so helpful and brought my food down to me as I asked after my work meeting.
To top it all off I literally stay in hundreds of different hotels and this by far had the very best views.
The breakfast was done exactly how I like it as well.
I even made a friend. See pictures.

Exceptionally poor service and rude staff. A very disappointing and expensive experience

It's disappointing to see the standards here decline. The chairs are stained, the tables are dirty, and there?s food stuck in the gaps?hygiene clearly isn?t a priority. The food itself is uninspiring. The mussel sauce lacks depth; it seems like no one has actually tasted it. There?s no sign of white wine or garlic where it should be. The Thai fishcake is downright awful and should be taken off the menu. The venison had the texture and taste of tinned tuna?completely wrong for such a dish. While the presentation was polished, the overall experience felt no better than a Wetherspoons. Time to step up and start cleaning!

I love this place, good food, great service, beautiful views and you can just calm down and relax. Right next to it is a hill from which you can observe beautiful views of the Celtic Sea.

We recently celebrated my partner?s birthday here and we were a table of 17. The food and service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, we were able to celebrate with our own birthday cake complete with candles and singing happy birthday!
