Such a good environment and there isn?t a member of staff in there who aren?t welcoming and helpful. The regular gym goers are also really helpful and friendly. Doesn?t matter where you are in the journey, you feel comfortable in there. Great equipment and good music too! Also has clean showers, sauna, ice bath, 3D scanner, sunbed? an incredible place.

I've been on and off for a couple of years, friendly staff good atmosphere plenty of drinks and protein options after training different levels for different workouts sunbed clean toilets ? personal trainers are very good as well and cater to different goals .No feeling out of place even if you haven't been there for 5 months and train on your own. Great gym ?

Had a deep tissue massage and cupping from Aimee?s sport therapy located at K2 and couldn?t recommend enough! Helped plenty with my tight back and gave me lots of advice. All for an extremely good price (which she should put up!) Won?t get better bang for your buck anywhere else. If you?re in Newquay and in need of some body-maintenance check Aimee out at K2!!

Been going to K2 for over 2 years now; it's an affordable gym with all the equipment you need, there's showers and a sauna as well and the staff are really lovely.

I visited this gym whilst on holiday in the local area. I dropped into a couple of the nogi jiu jitsu sessions. I really enjoyed the training and the techniques taught by the instructor. The class participants were friendly and welcoming with no ego's on display.The price for the week was very fair. I will definitely visit again when I'm back in Cornwall.
