Unbelievable! Witnessed a member of staff smoking inside the workshop right by a gas bottle, also working on a car with a fag in there mouth, no safety shoes. I left very quickly. H&S should be made aware of this garage. If that gas bottle exploded not just the garage would go up but also the surrounding houses.

I was in Newquay on holiday and I ran out of aircon gas, and it was a heat wave. Steve managed to get me squeezed in that week, service was great, customer service was brilliant, highly recommend

I don?t usually leave reviews, but this place genuinely deserves one! It?s such a relief to go somewhere that actually feels trustworthy - I?ve been here a few times now for different issues and an MOT, and every time Steve has been upfront, communicative, and he doesn?t treat you like you?ve got ?rip me off? written on your forehead. Given that I know the bare minimum about cars, there?s been no upselling or pressure to fix/buy other parts of my car unnecessarily - lovely garage run by great people! I no longer want to cry every time I leave the garage lmao, highly recommend! ??

While on holiday I needed a new tyre, called in spoke to John and his team who were amazing. Super helpful and supportive, they couldn?t fixed the problem, but arranged for me to go to Truro branch on way home the next day, to have a new tyre fitted! They patched me up and I couldn?t have had better customer service. Fabulous team, no hidden charges and great communication. Thank you 10/10

Holiday in tatter steering on Campervan
Steering was woberley just kept getting more and more to the stage that I was not happy to driving it
Stev told me bring it in to them within 5mins the job was sorted Flat spot on off side front tyre

The guys at HiQ are amazing, especially Steve! Great customer service and very patient and willing to explain things to people like me who know nothing about cars. It can be daunting to go into a garage especially as a woman who isn?t automobile-savvy, as it is no secret that some places will take advantage of my ignorance - but these guys do the opposite. So helpfully and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly and reasonably. Cannot recommend them enough and I will be going to Hiq for all my future car troubles!

I got to the garage at just turned 9 for our change of tyre appointment, and was out the door by 25 past! Fabulous service, I'd over prepped as I had my 18 month old little lad with me think pram, fully stocked bag for him, thinking we'd have to leave and go get a coffee... we didn't even get out of the car!
Fabulous service made so easy, fair pricing too. I'd honestly go nowhere else!
