Shocking stay, told to email the manager to find no emails available, room noisy no sleep, left early, whole place needs renovation, heating system needs attention. Will never book again

What can I say but moved room as noisy and overlooked by next door restaurant so curtains closed constantly( reception already knew about room)to a room that is so noisy from radiator constantly bubbling to being able to hear the next rooms tv as mounted on wall behind our bed?at the point where we are leaving and not even staying the night?poorly maintained and dilapidated.first and last time here

A friendly, bustling, down to earth place. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming and the staff had good personalities. I loved their attitude to dogs! They were allowed in part of the dining room and the whole atmosphere was buzzing and homely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was really nice, staff in the bar restaurant were very helpful as were reception. Food was really nice and great selection of local beers.

We have not stayed here but called for a drink and lunch. They have a lovely outside area overlooking Great Western Beach.

Hotel location is ideally situated next to the beach and was ialso deally located next to a gym. There is a restaurant and bar inside the hotel with TV's so you can catch up on the football. The food is good, not too expensive and plenty of spirits to choose from the bar. Lastly there is parking if you're dtaying in the hotel so that's a plus!

Our room was too noisy and we changed twice. Staff very good about it. Some aspects of hotel are tired. Bar area upgraded. Breakfast range good. Cheapest hotel around so overall, it is good value for money.

Amazing hotel! Can?t fault it the location was amazing the rooms were nice keep the windows closed at night though mosquitos fly in.

Only popped in for a drink, so I can only review that. the bar has a big beer garden with a kids climbing frame. Got a pint a nice pint of thatchers gold pricey tho £5.25 per pint spoons up the road nearly £2 cheaper! It's worth visiting if you have children.
