Firstly I would like to say that the fish and chips were amazing as always but the customer service was above and beyond. My husband who is disabled was sitting on his mobility scooter outside as the shop was extremely busy, when a member of staff came outside to him, took his order, payment and also brought the food out to him when it was ready. Customer service at its finest.

What an amazing experience we had today. Visited with my Husband and 3 children. We were served by a really lovely lady called Rose who greeted me on arrival whilst I waited for the rest of the family. The service we received was absolutely first class. The chat as she prepared our food was so friendly and warm and appropriate jokes made the experience even more welcoming.
The food - huge portions, the lite bite boxes were amazing value Really chunky fish in the fish bites meals we got for the children and the regular fish that myself and the husband had was also super chunky and delicious.
Highly recommend. Thank you Rose and all the staff who were obviously working really hard to cater for a busy evening.

Eaten her a few times, food is always fresh and tasty when eaten straight away, if taking away to eat and it's wrapped up it tends to be a bit gross so eat fresh

I have to admit this has to be hands down one of the best places for fish and chips I?ve eaten, the fish was incredible. My only gripe would be I?d of preferred more vinegar. Thank you and as a visitor to Boardmasters for the festival I can say I?ll be back next year! ?
