The guys couldn't have been more helpful and sorted out account issues that would have taken hours and hours online. It's good to know there is a personal face to EE which is now otherwise completely automated and online.

Honourable mention for Jess who was so patient and kind with this less than tech-savvy 50-something.
She sorted me out with a good deal on my I-phone six months ago and is going to hopefully get me a good deal on my broadband in the new year.

Awful customer service, awful service, sales team sneak products, like a tablet, in as 'freebies' and don't explain theres a monthly fee and contract. My mum in her 70s was stung by this and when we brought it to their attention they blamed past employees and said 'we can only deeply apologise' meanwhile they act like EE headquarters is nothing to do with their job, and vice versa. No refund offered, nothing. Both my mum and I left to go to a Sim only plans with another company. These huge corporations are no better than criminals

The service within our Newquay store is amazing. The people are lovely. They are so good and always make sure all is understood and that you are happy with all that you would like. I highly recommend a communication with them to see if you are getting the best contract to what you can afford

Lack of phones in store. Miss sold phone contract. Personally i found other networks and stores more clued up and give better information.

Bloody amazing service,I had a new phone didn't really know how to set it up , we'll us older ones don't do we .so was having a bit of things wrong .saw a young guy called Liam he sorted it out for me. Had to go in again today and lucky for me got Liam again plus female assistance wanted sim unlocked they know what they are doing and they all do there job so well. Plus they let me in with my dog Tyson so dog friendly . very good shop and amazing staff .thank you guys .
