I popped into the EE shop recently at the Newquay store TR71AZ, and met Ben the Manager of the store .Very approachable exceptional in his knowledge of information and expertise.

The guys couldn't have been more helpful and sorted out account issues that would have taken hours and hours online. It's good to know there is a personal face to EE which is now otherwise completely automated and online.

Good Establishment.
Honourable mention for Jess who was so patient and kind with this less than tech-savvy 50-something.
She sorted me out with a good deal on my I-phone six months ago and is going to hopefully get me a good deal on my broadband in the new year.
