My wife and I had one of the best experiences in any homeware store we've been too with a very polite and knowledgeable man called Harvey. He was patient and really went out of his way to ensure we chose the best mattress and topper for us. We visited a different Dreams where we didn?t get service near to that level. Thanks to Harvey we love our £4000 mattress and topper. Its a shame in-store you cant do 0% deposit so we had to purchase online. If any manager is reading this Harvey deserves commission on what we bought as if it wasn't for him you wouldn't have got this sale. Really happy with our purchase.

We went in to Dreams Truro just to look for a mattress. Victoria asked if she could help and explained about the air bed system which helps to indicate the type of mattress to suit each person in a few moments. She was very good at listening and showed us the type of mattresses to suit us in our price range, using the data. Leaving us to decide was key, no pressure. I was greeted on arrival by a lovely young man (apologies, I forgot to note your name) on his first day in the job. He went out of his way to help me work out what was right for me and my budget. I went back later (Truro store) and met with his manager who took my order but credited his new employee. They are a great team and I am very happy with my purchase!

This Company in Truro is second to none. Went in just over a week ago and motion bed has been delivered today without any hassle and works a dream - perfection . Delivery guys Lewis and Joe knew what they were doing and were very efficient . Geoff the manager dealt with me on two occasions - was extremely professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I sourced many other bed companies but nothing matched Dreams. Price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend
