Absolutely ridiculous and rude over the phone. Ordered online and didn?t hear anything for over an hour. Calling up the store to check up on my order and the driver apparently couldn?t find the address and tried to call me which he didn?t.
I get told that they can send the same driver again but will take 25 minutes.
Eventually went there myself to pick up my order and I see the driver sitting there doing nothing being very rude.

As soon as I left the shop I slipped on the stairs and my pizza fell out the box, meatballs on the floor still ate it tho lol. Could do with gritting the stairs

My pizza came after and hour and half. I did ring up after about 45 mins to ask for an update as the tracker was just stuck on ?our for delivery?. I called over 10 times and no answer. They finally rang back on my boyfriends phone but not mine and all she said she the delivery driver was 2 minutes away. I said but it?s been over an hour now and she have no apology, said okay and hung up on me which I thought was quite rude. I?ve had very similar experiences before but this one being the worst. It finally got delivered and it was cold. I was fed up after a long day to say the least. It?s a lot of money for cold pizza and terrible service. I tired to ring up about my cold pizza and they are ignoring my calls again. I have had a similar experience where my pizza was 3 hours late and freezing and the driver was so rude to me and they gave me a bottle of coke to make up for it. I order dominos regularly, I love it but this really lets it down.

It?s a Domino?s! Pizza is great. Value is great. Calling in a large order and then being asked to do it online was irritating. More irritating was I couldn?t book the delivery for a time later in the day. So I called back and was able to place the order over the phone. Different member of staff. Happy ending, but slightly frustrating journey!! But the pizza is great! And the value is also great.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free for coeliac was also great.

Ordered £30 worth of dominos after work it never turned up in the end I was offered a refund but now left without food will never ever order from them again

Always a reliable pizza, I don't typically do fast food but this is my exception if needed! The staff are great at what they do. A particular gentleman, Muhammad,is always there when I've ordered, always incredibly friendly and always surpasses what I'd call customer 'expectations' though I don't mean that in any other way than to highlight the great work Mr. Shad does. Give that man a raise Domino's! He's fantastic and a true gent, what more could you want!

Tastes nothing like a repeated ordered. I have tried Dominos pizza from other locations which are way better but the one in Newquay is not worth the try. Pizza had crumbs as mushroom, mushrooms was burnt, and pizza was salty. The garlic sauce/dip is watery.

Don?t order from here as they don?t turn up with your food! Over £40 pounds worth of food was ordered and never got delivered. When we tried to call the shop several no one answered. Absolutely disgusting! Keep well clear!

Decided to get dominoes for the first time in a while and the order tracking feature is brill and super helpful- the pizza got here super quick and it was so hot and tasty!
