I went in and ordered an iced caramel latte and then I was given and was given a hot latte no caramel in it and then corrected them and still didn?t get it correct. They cleave me a iced latte with no caramel and I was very annoyed and you could see they had too many orders to do but they still kept taking more orders even though a staff member had already said to wait a minute

Pretty much the same as most other costas except this one seems under staffed. They tried their best but the wait for drinks was a little longer than I would expect and I didn't see anyone clean off any tables the whole time we were there. This was during the school summer holidays I should point out to be fair.

My girlfriend has a nut allergy which i did forget to mention when ordering, staff were great when we mentioned and informed us of all items that contain nuts or either possibly contain nuts. After, the worker remade the drink free of charge as he was more comfortable with knowing it was not cross contaminated.

We walked in here for coffee and the staff member was clearing and cleaning the tables, yes you did read that right. Some Costas don't bother. I was served by the same person who was friendly, efficient and professional. This was a clean and tidy Costa. Well done Newquay.

Not the best cappuccino.
Seating isn't the best compared to others.
Toilets were disgusting. Urine and bog roll everywhere. The hygiene of this Costa is questionable. £5.05 for a cheese toastie with one slice of ham in is extortionate.
