This is a must go to place!!! Absolutely scummy food and fully knowledgeable and cater for gluten free and vegan! The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful and the food is amazing!! Dont hesitate to visit!
We had jacket potato and vegan cheese, gluten free vegan waffles and vegan cream tea which was gluten free. The coffee is also soon good!

What amazing, friendly helpful staff!
My parents were visiting Newquay for the week from London, and I wanted to surprise them with cakes where they were staying.
I am in London myself, so I contacted the ladies here and they were fantastic!
They even delivered the cakes free of charge for me to the hotel and added a few little extras for mum and dad x

What an amazing little find! The choice of Gluten Free for myself and my son (both coeliac) was beyond brilliant! Immediately put at ease with separate preparation area and staff knowledge. Gluten free scones were delicious and huge! Also had a gluten free lemon meringue pie to take home, that too was delicious! Prices were great too, no extra charge for gluten free and no skimping on size either! Majority of menu can be made gluten free which is fantastic. Will be back to sample some of the other goodies.

Excellent gluten free cream tea, and great selection of options. I was so happy to find this in Newquay and find out that I could try all of the iconic foods of Cornwall even with my gluten sensitivity. Lovely kind owner as well. Definitely stop here.

Cosy place, food was delicious, fresh and serve pretty quickly. Accommodates gluten allergies with a big variety. Will definitely go back again. Friendly staff.

Dreadful. The service was rude. I was trying to check out the nibbles in a glass case at the front, but all she kept doing was pushing me sit down sit down sit down. I want to look at what is on offer, I should have said and then I should have left while I was ahead of the game!
Anyway, I sat still not knowing what was available for nibbles. She came over with the menu and within 30 seconds she was back and pushing to see if I was ready even though I was still obviously actively reading the menu. Pushy. But I said what the heck, and ordered a steak pasty. It was god awful. SO little steak in my passtie that if you put all the little quarter inch pieces in a pile, they wouldn't add up to a teaspoon. NOT an exaggeration. The tea was good.
The decor was one step above charity shop, (except for the prettily painted cloud ceiling, but I'm not eating the cloud ceiling and I'm certainly not looking up all the time). You could sit at one of two little tables on the tiny sidewalk outside.
17 pounds!
Just because they were lucky enough to secure a very good location does not mean that it is worth your time or money.
Don't eat there.

Called in here for breakfast, fast efficient, friendly service, fantastic sized bacon, sausage and egg sandwich, toasted grannery bread, cute little pot of brown sauce , plus a big glass of fresh orange juice. I was full for the rest of the day. Definitely worth you visiting if you are in Newquay ??

Small cafe with good range of fresh food with friendly helpful staff who are allergy aware. Lots of dairy free options and most things are gluten free or can be made gluten free in the separate gf kitchen. The gf waffles, pasties and cakes are all a treat. You can eat in or have take out.
Dietary restrictions: Great for dairy free and gluten free, with a separate gluten free kitchen.
