Almost always at Boots if I'm lost (and often am) helpful staff point me in the right direction. In this particular case I was picking up a couple products for a friend and had no idea where to find them. Quick and easy checkout too.

Came to boots to get a photo printed. It was right near the entrance so easy enough to find but also out of the way so had a little privacy. Also bought some perfume and the assistant was very helpful.

Great chat with the cashier and really lovely staff. I find it a little expensive compared to other Boots on the mainland or online but I don?t really go to Boots, so maybe their prices went up post ?pandemic? -

Lovely, helpful young girl with glasses helped me buy pain relief gel and tablets today 22nd September lunchtime and she was amazing in her knowledge and genuine interest to customer service and care. An absolute credit to her as a thoroughly nice girl.

Today we tried to fill a prescription from our doctor at Boots Newquay.Only to find at 10.00 in the morning they still weren?t open because there was no chemist available?This is an utter disgrace, that the only chemist in the town hasn?t got a pharmacist available, it?s a joke this store.
