The staff are very nice, friendly and professional. Unfortunately unlike Paddy Power Betfreds refunds on cards take 2 days. Paddy Power as a company are instant. Sadly there isn't a Paddy power in Newquay. No excuses in 2023 especially as you take the money instantly.

Popped in for a quick game of bingo. Excellent customer service from Paul at counter . Very friendly guy. Unlike the appalling service 10 mins later in william hills. You should send him down to train their staff.
