Visited the store today 23/7/25 and my daughter was unfortunately sick in the isle. A lovely chap (who we unfortunately didn't take his name but he had just had a baby) went above and beyond to help my daughter and make her feel at ease after the unfortunate incident. We were not made to feel it was our fault nor made to feel bad about it. 5 stars for customer service and he was a super star. What a nice guy! Thank you

Visited newquay as a nice little brake before giving birth had been to Asda for shopping and was told I need a medical card and proof of pregnancy at 32 weeks pregnant so as you can imagine is very visible and was declined usage of toilet one woman had said I can use the back entrance then an older woman told me I couldn?t I asked if I could show my medical notes as the wanted proof of pregnancy I was still declined not helpful at all

Better than I expected..... It's modern and fresh, decent sized. Finally it's much cheaper than the Sainsbury's in the town centre.

I would like to Thank Ali, and the store manager. I had a little problem with a voucher.
Ali offered to pay for my shopping, (as I was in a situation.) In the trust I pay her back once I got paid!
I don't know the young girls name (manager) I believe. She also did her best to help me. Thank you both for your help.
Both of these ladies showed me such kindness and understanding in my situation.

Ordered with them through Deliveroo half of my items did not arrive and they was no help as could not get through to the shop on the phone Deliveroo would not refund either as Asda has said all items were delivered do not reccomend using this Asda.

Asked one staff member if they have toilets ?no we don?t sell them here? clarified and said no and ?people expect to use the staff toilets what a joke? went to another member of staff with my disabled card and was taken, she was lovely but whole experience ruined by rude and inconsiderate staff

Most miserable people in this store. Shame as their jumpers say happy to help. Do not ask for help. Caroline try smiling and speaking to customers rather than ignoring them.

Disgusting prices!!! Miserable staff. 3.10 for 2 "pots of joy" which were £1 a couple of years ago...200% increase plus, taking the absolute mickey! Most items we'll over priced will never shop here again, back to Aldi asap!
