Sweet, red lobster follows next,
A perfect sea feast.
Specials board is superb. Excellent local food, served quickly, with a dash of style (but we weren't there in mid summer when it may be busier). Definitely worth booking in advance and if in Mousehole must visit. Dog friendly in the back garden with a few covered tables.

Absolutely phenomenal lunch here. Had the mussels- crab soufflé and the potatoes. Everything was so fresh and flavoursome. Best meal we had in our time in Cornwall.

Gorgeous little find. We stopped for a quick bite over lunch but only had a small nibble as we had already eaten. After seeing the food come out we de ided to book for dinner that evening. The food was lovely, really fresh and well cooked with some gorgeous flavours. Sadly the only thing letting it down was the staff, there was one girl that clearly carries the others that dont really know what they are doing or maybe what planet they are on.

Booked a table for dinner after finding this restaurant on Google. What an amazing place. Amazing food, couldnt fault a single thing that we had. Service was friendly fast efficient. The hake was cooked to perfection. Id highly recommend this restaurants.

We had a lovely meal at 2 Fore Street in Mousehole. The setting is charming, with beautiful harbour views, and the atmosphere felt relaxed yet special. The food was delicious ? fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavour ? and the service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. A wonderful spot for a memorable meal in Mousehole, and we?d happily return.

Visited Mousehole twice in the last few years and popped into the No.2 Fore Street restaurant a few times. Little overpriced but not had a bad meal. Staff attitude can be a bit hit and miss though.

Best cheese soufflé I've had. They were accommodating with request to change chips for side pasta too. Lovely desserts too

Seven of us had a meal there for a 60th birthday celebration. We?ve enjoyed afternoon meals in the past and thought the evening meals would be good. The meals were superb and that was the verdict of every one of us. One had an allergy to rapeseed oil, the chef made sure all her courses were safe and you just knew every effort was made so we all had a great time. The staff were pleasant and professional and we cannot wait to call again. Next time we are in Cornwall one evening meal will be at this restaurant.
