The worse pub i ever been,looked dirty,dirty cushions,staff wearing dirty clothes and ordered drinks but after drinking half looked inside glass to find some dirty bits inside not sure what it was!!and outside window says 5*,really!!for sure needs reviewing......

Absolutely beautiful pub right on the coast.
Me and my family of 5 came whilst visiting and while food was a little pricey, the authenticity of everything being made in house - alongside the presentation of food and lovely staff - it is well worth the money.

Excellent prices, excellent service and delicious food.
Stumbled in without a reservation and we were happily accommodated. Some great options of food that were really tasty with a dessert menu too. Staff are calm and friendly and it perfectly suited the holiday feel.
Will gladly visit again!!

Lovely lunch after going to St Michael mount, popped in food very quick,and good value for money, lovely chips . A quick mention to the gent on the bar ... YOU DO A FANTASTIC JOB , well done you ? hats off to you .

We walked in the pub at 9pm on a Sunday the lad n? lass behind the bar looked at each other with a look of horror. We were greeted by the lad with, ?we?re closing in 10 minutes? no, hello or anything you might expect.

The pub looks lovely and quaint outside but as soon as you walk inside there is a strong musty smell. It looked as though the pub had been renovated to a certain extent but had obviously not been kept clean as the padded seats were absolutely filthy.
My husband and friend had already ordered their food so we had to stay but my daughter and I did not order food because of the smell and the dirty seats. If this is what the main areas look like, what is the kitchen like???
My husband?s and friend?s food was served in bowls instead of plates and was very awkward to eat. The food was mediocre and my husband couldn?t eat the pork goujons as they were tough and very chewy.
The service was average.

What an absolute gem of a place. The food was outstanding. Large portions, excellent quality, the best burger my husband has ever tasted. My halloumi wrap was full of flavour and taste divine. Highly recommend and when I'm next down on holiday will definitely returning.
