Went for a meal this evening. Had excellent moules marinere. Good service. They also tell you where there produce comes from. All Cornish suppliers. Only downside was not a lot of choice for vegetarians like my wife. Tasty veggie food is so easy to prepare and cook and these days it is becoming more popular than ever.... read full comment

Our first visit to the globe Inn. Our friend recommended a visit for a meal. What a lovely place . The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent . I would recommend the globe and we will be visiting it in the future.
The Globe Inn is a 13th century, warm and friendly freehouse, popular with locals and visitors alike due to its reputation for excellent food, variety of real ales and the quality of its Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Delicious, freshly prepared blackboard specials complement the extensive menu and are served in the restaurant, bar area and secluded patio garden, each of which has its own special atmosphere.
