“Lovely people but that does not make a service. Very often there are parts of the prescription missing even though it has been in for days. I find it hard to get there so most times I seem to arrive when it is closed for lunch. It would be very helpful if one of the staff could hold the fort while the others went. I have tried postal services but if things go wrong as they often do, mistakes are hard to rectify.”
