Great service by each nurse and doctor who I have seen at the surgery (and due to my various health complications I'm in there quite a bit!) Personally, I'm used to blood tests but regardless each nurse is reassuring and informative so I feel assured and safe, making each procedure quick and relatively painless. I always feel I can ask any questions I may have and appointments are always booked in fairly good time.

Disgusting treatment of my partner in her appointment. She has come home in floods of tears. Absolutely disgusted.Love how the practice replies to my comment acting as if they will do anything about my complaint. When I used their official complaint system we were given a rude response and told my partner ?misremembered? events. Dr Howe is a disgrace and should not be allowed to treat anyone let alone be in a GP?s practice.

Extremely rude receptionist.On the 30th June, at 4:30pm, I triedto organise a letter from the Doctor stating my Father lacks capacity.Not an easy job when you are preparing an End of life care package plan.Very obnoxious member of staff who should be ashamed of herself. Disgusting!

What can I say, everyone here make this Medical Practice, a one of Excellence.The receptionists, nurses, doctors, one and all, go the extra mile. I feel very lucky, especially with my complicated health issues, to have such a kind, understanding and tolerant team on my side, not all Angels have wings, some work at Lostwithiel Medical Practice.

Worst experience at a gp, doctor didn?t believe any of my complaints, ignored what I was there for and then made me talk about things with which I was clearly very uncomfortable and had tears in my eyes. Worst bedside manner, rude as hell and very patronising. Complained to the practice manager and she has no medical knowledge at all and doesn?t know up from down. In the process of reporting this practice to the NHS
