“The room on the ground floor suited us, the bed was comfy, the crips white sheets beautifully clean and I loved the fluffy white towels. The tray contained lovely Cornish beverages. The hot chocolate the best i've ever had.The breakfast was hot, tasty, freshly cooked and the evening meal at the restaurant was most enjoyable. Small menu, but enough choice. Great outdoor swimming pool was an added bonus, warm clean with towels provided. The staff, all of them, were friendly, and helpful. All in all great value for a three star. Proximity to the Eden Project was why we booked but Lostwithiel is a great little place to potter around. If you are less able then you may find the entrance challlengin but do phone ahead for advice. Oh and its dog friendly too.”

“We planned to stay in Polperro for the evening but failed to book ahead of time and upon arrival, all accommodation was booked out so we made some phone calls and was recommend the King's Arms by another establishment. We were grateful to be able to secure a last minute booking and to be greeted by such lovely people after what was a very long day!!Danni, the hotelier made check in easy, offering us breakfast for the next morning. Leanne, the cleaner there was also overly helpful, even though not on duty, was lovely enough to escort me to my car, helping me with my groceries and luggage back to the accommodation. Both Danni and Leanne were welcomed new friends who were very knowledgeable about the area, helpful with tips for our planned trip to The Eden Project the next day and an absolute pleasure to meet! We were very happy with our room and had a great nights' sleep. Recommend a stay here!Thank you,John & Michelle from Australia”

“Really comfortable stay, would stay again. ..Room 3 luxurious. Wonderful service, very friendly bar, dinners plentiful, desserts worth saving a space for. Breakfast choices good, even offer porridge! Stroll down to the Fowey to walk off your meal. Sat nav took us up a steep very narrow road. Worth checking an actual map for common sense directions, it is located on a perfectly reasonable road!”
