The kitchen here displays an original take on creative cooking .... frequently changing menus showcase local quality produce. The result is delicious, inventive dishes cooked to order. A terrific wine list matches the quality of the food. Yet, prices are easy on the pocket. A restaurant not to be missed!

Absolute Gem! Food is exceptional. Michelin standard but portions are better and exceptional value too. Service was outstanding too. Family run by husband & wife. Food is sourced locally which is so apparent. Highly recommend!!

This is a very good restaurant. The service is this small, intimate restaurant is excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food, remarking on the outstanding quality. A carefully limited menu of creative tastes and great presentation made for a most enjoyable eating experience. The wine list included well chosen, quality wines at a reasonable price. All in all I can recommend without reservation.

A gem nestled in the middle of Cornwall!We found this restaurant by chance and by following Google reviews!A delight... everything is fine (the sourdough bread is to die for) whether it's the vegetarian option (really well done) or the meat... and the starters are also tasty!Special mention to the rhubarb pana cotta!And the service is really nice too?.we can?t wait to come back!

Outstanding food, beautiful environment and attentive service. Another review states no vegan options however they were very happy to accommodate me as vegan, offering me one of the nicest meals I?ve had! Delicious and a must for anyone visiting this neck of the woods!

We dine out a lot and when it comes to superb, creative cooking the chef here is up there with the best. Quiet on the evening we were there, but that didn't detract from throughly enjoyable experience.
