Had my Autumn COVID booster here. Very pleasant, efficient and reassuring. I also had cause to speak with pharmacist a few days earlier on an unrelated topic, again very helpful.

Had my vaccine here, absolutely no issues. The pharmacist was lovely, wore gloves (even though these are not actually necessary to give a vaccine as far as I'm aware) and used cotton wool on my arm afterwards. Do not let the bad reviews put you off going to get your vaccine here.

Incredibly poor customer experience. The website says it accepts e-prescriptions, but when I arrived to enquire about this they were very dismissive and told me this was ?illegal?, which is categorically not true. Do not use if you?re in need of an emergency prescription and in pain whilst on holiday.

As per the other review, I?m very concerned to report that when I had my vaccine here the pharmacist used a bare thumb rub the injection sight, I was too shocked to say anything at the time but deeply wish I had gone somewhere else for my vaccine

I was very concerned to see the pharmacist delivering covid injections without gloves, and then used his bare thumb, rather than cotton wool, to compress the point of injection to prevent further bleeding.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Shouts mask at people as they walk through the door, won?t sell you what you ask for, very rude and arrogant, surprised he has a business to be honest. Won?t be going again, head to Boots in Looe.

I had a bad wound on my foot due to a steel tent peg. It was deep and it had a severed piece of skin protecting it. I spoke to the chemist and asked if the blister plasters would be useful because they were padded and he said yes, use these and then take them off when you're not walking to let the air get to it. It seemed like good advise, so I followed it. Then I ripped of the blister plaster and screamed because it was pretty painful. It pulled of the protective piece of skin and I thought surely I need this to protect the skin below. I then read the instructions, something I normally do but as I spoke to the chemist believed what he said. The instructions said put the blister plaster on and leave it till it falls off naturally. No wonder it just so badly it was fused to my skin and I ripped it off. I don't know how much I paid for them. I do know that I bought a pack of brand named elastoplast plasters for £2.99 for 10 plasters, when I came home I bought the same brand £1.00 for 40 plasters. This is daylight robbery. I think they need to change their covid masks for highwaymen masks and revise all of their products
