If I could give a 0 I would DO NOT LISTERN TO ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS this place is shocking I have been all over and this place is the worst not fit for a RAT and that's saying something unable to access apartment's as no key code given had to ring the number 3 times then parked at the top to empty my belongings out got harassed by some guy who lives at the bottom saying you can't park here its private property which it is you get 30 minutes to un pack your stuff then you have to park your Car right at the bottom don't think about going back to you car at night site is has no lighting pitch black apartment's are bad run down place the pictures you see are from 5 years ago not now the smell of damp is because all of the walls and outside exterior is ruined and not been maintained probly before covid it's that bad I'm sitting here wanting to cry money wasted Easter wasted thanks hoeseans for this disgrace place everything broken inside radiation fridge door bunk bed gate I could go on bed it's so bad I can't even move PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANYONE WHO HAS LEFT A GOOD COMMENT ON HERE MUST LIVE SO BAD AT THERE OWN HOME THAT THEY THINK THAT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE TO STAY IN ITS NOT A RAT WOULDNT STAY IN THIS SCABBY PLACE

The beach is good. It's a small, sheltered cove, rocky with a central sandy area. There is a concrete pier which used to bound a salt water pool, water now escapes as the tide goes out so not really useful. There was a cafe and bar on the beach but current resort owners seem reluctant to support any one who tries to run these businesses, both are currently closed.Dogs are allowed all day in winter and mornings and evenings in summer.Can be very busy in summer, there is a large pay and display carpark.

Nice sandy beach, good for dogs in winter months but dogs not allowed during summer months, boards across entrance to beach due to storm damage. I live within 15 minutes of this beach

Great spot right on the beach practically. Building are getting on bit and quite tired.No loos available unless you use room loos which can be quite a walk back up.Great views from the higher

Good accommodation great location. if visiting the area again it will be the first place I look. We booked it with Hoseasons . 30mins walk to looe along the coast over looking the beach that's 3mins walk away there's a bar but it's not open every day. Nice quiet for us in late September.

The beach is small, sloped at first and with coarse sand to the waters edge. The car park is only a few minutes from the beach and there are a couple of cafes right at the top of the beach. No doubt most of the bathers come from the adjacent holiday park but the beach is open to the general public.

Very clean apartment, worth the money. Limited restaurants in the are but Looe is a fifteen mi ute walk along the headland which is full of them. Beach is good ( seaweed) and the watersport centre is very good and reasonable cost.The cafe is very welcoming and good fayre. Enjoyed most of the holiday. 4.5 stars.

Lovely views from balcony area. Dog & kids had loads of outdoor space to run around allowing us to cook while being able to watch them at the same time.Apartment was lovely, great facilities such as dishwasher, oven, ironing board & iron and hairdryer.Clean and modern. There were a few odd bits where some maintenance wouldn't go a miss such as one of the drawer handles and door/window in main adult bedroom.. but honestly didn't impact our stay.Kids beds large singles and wifi available too along with t.v. Plenty of storage space for an overpacked family of four.Private Beach was two minutes walk from A apartment with bar and cafe.Farm shop just 5min drive and spar shop just 7mins down the road. Chip shop close by was best I've ever tried.Found a secret beach resort on Google.'Polly Joke'.. OK it's an hours drive and short 10min walk from carpark once you arrive but truly the most beautiful place I've ever seen with hardly any tourists and dog friendly too.Good value and would recommend to others.
