If you own a xl bully or bully type dog DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE. The male manage is very rude. I went in today to get my 12month fitted for a k9 harness and was told she had to be muzzled because it was law also said the same thing about my two 4month old xl bully's. I made him fund this so called law where it states they have to wear a muzzle which he failed to find. As it is not law as yet he tried to say apologies but after the way he dealt with the hole thing the damage was done.. Plymouth store on the other hand completely different and shocked when I told them. The staff loved my 3 girls and very helpful with everything. I would rather drive to Plymouth than stop foot back in Liskeard store. Manage needs better trainer and needs to brush up things before he trys to throw his weight around

Nice store to shop in. Plenty of stock and happy animals. Didn't score so highly on the customer service aspect. The staff at the tills were arrogant and spoiled the experience somewhat. It's happened more than once so I tend to shop elsewhere.

Staff are always friendly and helpful when seeking advice. Love the pick and mix dog treats. Love that they always offer dogs a treat at the till too, praising good behaviour in store.
