Parkes and Pearn are a professional, helpful and friendly firm. I bought a property through them and despite the process taking some time (from my initial offer to completion), they retained their efficiency, good humour and helpful outlook. Simon Terrell, with whom I mainly dealt, is a nice man who does his best for his clients, whilst dealing with buyers like me, very professionally. I am now retired, but having been in the property business for many years, and having met many estate agents in that time, I can honestly say that they are first class. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone wishing to sell a property. Honest, decent and good communicators, they are a credit to their Late founder, Phil Parkes.

Parkes and Pearn acted for the vendors of the property I purchased in Liskeard. Although not their direct client, they kept me informed throughout and chased up the chain. They were far more proactive than the 'chain' estate agents who acted for my house sale - I found out information from Parkes and Pearn that should have come from my own agents! Enquiries were quickly answered and cover provided when my lead contact was on leave. I will certainly choose a local estate agent firm in future, rather than the branch of a chain.

We have sold recently using Parkes and Pearn and from the start to the finish they were what we wanted from an agent. No pushy sales pitch at the start, no pestering for the listing which stood out from their competitors. During a difficult market communication was ongoing which I believe pushed the sale over the live minimising stress to ourselves. Thanks all.

Simon from Parkes & Pearn was exceptional from our first viewing right up to when we collected the keys to our new home.He was extremely helpful when we needed to view the property often at very short notice, and worked with us to meet the surveyors at the property at a time that suited them. Any questions we had for the vendors were answered promptly, and in depth.He has a wealth of knowledge of the area and I would highly recommend simon and Parkes & Pearn

I can?t recommend parkes & Pearn enough! Especially Simon! We started our journey at the beginning of the year looking for our first family home to buy, we had an offer accepted which later unfortunately fell through. We then contacted Simon a couple of months later and asked him if he could show us around a few other houses they had on the market, to which we found the house we?ve just brought. Simon was patient, answering any questions we had to ask & let us take as much time as we needed to have a look around. During the whole process, Simon was always on hand to answer any questions or to chase any enquiries we had. From start to finish everything was 5*!
