If you need an emergency appointment the Dr?s are fantastic. Everything else regarding this surgery is diabolical! They have messed up my wife?s prescription for 4 months in a row. Some of the dispensary staff are very rude. Some are lovely and helpful. My wife was told ?there are other people who need medication?. My wife has epilepsy. It is life or death! The lady continued to argue. I asked my wife if she had managed to obtain the rude lady?s name. Unfortunately she had not. But we will be ensuring that a complaint is lodged and dealt with so that others hopefully do not have to experience such a pathetic service. If you want a routine appointment or something that doesn?t require emergency attention, good luck!Collecting prescriptions usually takes 30 minutes or more in my experience. People can be queuing outside.I?m writing to my local MP about this surgery. Stay well clear at all cost. Another broken service!!!

A brilliant surgery. Able to fit our son in when he wasn?t registered and with only a couple of hours notice. The doctor was brilliant and very thorough. Felt very safe in their hands

It seems I am not the only person shouted at - in my case by dreaded Karen who after I'd registered for a blood appt with nurse at Pensilva allowed me to sit in front of her then after 40 mins when I said, "Does Gina know I'm here ? Karen said Nurse Gina had left the building for a meeting."When I stood up she then shouted at me to sit down, She really didn't like it when I asked her name saying "Karen". She was very stroppy at Oaktree when I asked for a vaccinations appt to go abroad saying, " You haven't given us very long, have you ? when abroad was 10 weeks away. Nurse only needed 3weeks before depart date. Karen then spoke to me as though I was a 5 yr old at Christmas - all over me like a rash & v condescending when she heard where I was going. Having been to 20 countries I don't really need this peculiar attitude. Receptionist Laura was very efficient & pleasant to deal with. All the pharmacy staff have been ok & the girl with pale blonde hair always very pleasant & smiling but she seems to have left. Surely Oaktree aren't so desperate for staff that they have to employ the dreaded Karen ? Don't know how she gets away with it.

Absolutely the worst.1. There is no way to make an appointment by the app2. There is no way to make an appointment by phone. You have to fill in a nonsense online form and it then gets "triaged" over 24hrs later. You get a text message telling you if you have been successful or not in passing "Go". I got a phone appointment for over a week away for a suspected chest infection. How on earth can a Dr diagnose anything like this over the phone?I called up stating this and essentially got a virtual shrug of the shoulders from the "couldn't care less" attitude receptionist. As for the pharmacy - 5 WORKING DAYS NOTICE to get a prescription? This is 2023 not 1923.Going to look elsewhere.

Dispensary are a nightmare! Just finished a night shift (I?m a nurse) I was told mine and my daughters medications were ready (I called first) and I was told YES they are ready??.. I get up to the surgery very quickly after that call and I?m told they aren?t ready and it will be a lot longer of a wait than 20 minutes!!!!! An absolute joke!!

I have only been with Oak Tree Surgery since January, my first time using them last week & this week, I must say what a lovely surgery it is, I phoned at 8am & had a call back by 8.45 on both occasions, the call back doctor/nurse (Louise I think her name was) was ever so kind & caring. Receptionist was kind to listen to me & put down my starting time for work so that I would get this call. Thank you to you both for caring.

The Nurses are fine, but I haven't been able to see a Doctor in 3 years, The Pharmacy has really gone down hill and are not only ineffecient but uncaring too.

Myself and my husband are very happy with the service from this practice. Generally we use the online triage system and works really well. Can't fault the service overall.

Incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional and a waste of tax payers money. There is no desire to help patients, only send you in circles while you get worse and worse. I'll never trust a Dr again.

One of the worst doctors surgery ever can't be bothered to see any one just tell you to go to the hospital even tho they have a jute of care to see you but they can't be bothered

On Tuesday, the 31st of January I Collect and paid for my prescription, on Wednesday night went to take my Medication, Citalopram for mental health issues and found I was prescribed/given the wrong medication.Thursday morning after nearly 1 hour, waiting to speak to the dispensary and told them they gave me the wrong medication, after a further 20 minute wait, when I went to collect the correct medication this time was told I have to pay for the prescription again!! I refused and the head dispenser/pharmacist and the practice manager, took me to a private room and basically said they wouldn?t give me the medication unless I paid for it again! as I didn?t check the contents before leaving the practice. So clearly, my fault not!!As you can imagine this did not go down well with me, I need my medication else I wouldn?t be on it would I! It seems to be some confusion about my online order and some order that was a paper order which actually is incorrect. The order that was placed in January was a telephone order for the one item the citalopram, I personally believe that the receptionist put down for the both items I would like the telephone conversation to be checked and confirmed what was said what ordered who?s fault is it? you?re supposed be a professional run doctor surgery.I was told by the doctor when prescribed this medication under new circumstances to just stop taking it, seems like the head pharmacist and practice manager seem to be more worried about the money than patients mental health care.So basically I feel like I was blackmailed to pay again. Absolutely disgusting!!It was also stated by the lead pharmacist /dispenser, that it?s clear on all NHS websites inc oak trees surgery website, I?ve never been on any nhs website, so Really, Good spouting off about policies etc etc how many people do you know read all the small print etc etc.?I will take this opportunity also my December prescription was wrong as well. Two lots of my tablets were in the bag. Luckily I had checked and told the receptionist that is incorrectMy uncle was also at the surgery today, pharmacy/dispensary, have put all his medicine tablets in the mornings section rather splitting morning and evening, so today took all his tablets in one go for a heart condition and diabetes. When My step father collected his medication the beginning of January, there was two lots of his medication in the bag, he told the pharmacy reception, this was incorrect, was told must?ve been because he didn?t pick up is December tablets which he had collected.Maybe the head dispenser/pharmacist have spent more of his time sorting out his department, rather than strutting around like a peacock, more training, more staff mean how hard is it to put the correct tablets in the correct section. Bit of a joke reallyPatient care seems to completely gone out the window. It?s all about the money!!Wonder what past senior partners would think of it now I am sure heads would be rolling. This is now having a major detrimental effect on my mental health. Thank you very much.

60 minutes on the phone just to get through to speak to someone I have tried to navigate around the website but it?s far too generic so I give up .

Appalled at how my partner was spoken today by a receptionist.Based on other comments, which span across years, clearly some things need addressing.
