Its tired. Empty. The staff are so disinterested which i dont blame them. Prices are never correct wo check your receipt

A very useful Store. Well laid out and very well stocked with a wide range of food and items. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

We visited the Liskeard store this lunchtime, Friday 18th October.
As we approached the checkouts one teller was closing down and the only other had a queue of 6/7 customers.
I made comment to my wife that they needed more staff.
Moments later there was a rush of activity....a previously absent and quite shabbily-dressed security guard took up position by the exit door and two members of staff hurriedly opened two previously-closed tills.
I commented to my wife how rapidly they were scanning item then, to my horror, heard someone who I presumed to be a senior member of staff announce, in full hearing of all customers, that a 'mystery customer' was on their way to the store having been at another locally.
The staff were told to smile, be polite and make sure all the shelves were 'pulled forward.'
Our teller even went on to say what a 'mystery shopper' was, that they'd been tipped off and why they were rushing to look busy.
At the best of times this store is slow in terms of checkout but for them to go from 1st to 5th gear, only because they were going to have the visit, shows very poor management and lack of customer respect.....a bad day for your store.

Usual selection of goods. Like their garden centre and went home with two large beautiful plants. Lots of plants in garden centre needed tlc.

As usual bought more than I went for because our B&M is filled with brilliant " must haves"! The check out lady was extremely cheerful and patient, while all my goodies were being checked out. Its a delightful place to shop.

Plants are reasonably priced and great quality. Lady watering the plants and customers with gas abandon was an extra highlight of the visit Liskeard Karen was loving it....
