I have come to argos this morning,we park in disabled space as I'm disabled .not very disabled safety. Loads of leaves and mud making it very slippery and dangerous.

They wouldn?t sell me a rated 12 game even though I?m over 12 just because I don?t carry ID on me saying you have to be over 25 to buy a game that?s a 12 I?m sorry but this is ridiculous since it clearly states 12 on the picture on the website and nothing ID in the description and I could?ve understood it if it was a rated 18 also the fact my father was with me aswell the person still refused please avoid this Argos in future reference and you?d better off ordering on eBay instead.

Dysfunctional staff lacking common sense on last week's Sunday morning shift, simple tasks turned into an ordeal and rude so I agree with the many other poor reviews on here about this store.Argos senior management it seems you need to shake up the customer service culture in this store as it is being run by the "rizla crew" that likes to smoke by the main entrance to your store.

Ordered a storage cupboard for my hallway - could not get it in Plymouth, nearest one was Liskeard. So ordered online for click and collect. Set off from Plymouth, got to the store only to be served by a young lad with blue hair who just did not seem to be present. Collected my box and only once we got home we realised we were only given one box - half of our order was missing. I phoned the help line - they tried calling the Liskeard store with no luck. Nobody was answering the phone. So we had to make our way back, asked to speak to a manager who just was not bothered at all that we wasted time and money and that one of her staff had no idea he should have given us two boxes not just one.Yes, perhaps we should have checked but I have no idea if there should be two boxes or one. Doesn't say on the order.Let's just say we will not be shopping in Argos any time soon and definitely not in Liskeard. Very poor. I think someone actually should read these reviews.

Used the next day delivery service twice now because convenient and safer at the current time. First time, they couldn?t find us although speaking to the delivery driver and she was a mile away...I thought, just go with it. Was resolved the following day. Ordered something yesterday for next day delivery, hasn?t arrived again, excuse being they have ran out of time! You shouldn?t have a service if you cannot follow it through. No help or use to me at all! Spoke to somebody this morning and they booked me in a delivery between 6-10pm, 10 minutes later, another lady contacts me to say what had happened, when I already knew, although this time their excuse changed apparently they couldn?t find us, and she would book in a delivery for 6-10pm. I then told her that it had already been done, her reply was ?there is nothing on the system?. Lack of communication, stupid service!
