Found the system if having to scan the windzcreend of cars for sale to find out the price annoying. The explanation as to why prices are not shown for people to easily see was ridiculous. Not impressed.

I had an amazing service from this car dealership. Met a young man called George. George was very proffessional and helpful he listened to myself and partner knew what we wanted then in ten minites wow there is the car i wanted. George sorted everything out for me even arranged the delivery to our house free of charge 23 miles away from their forecourt. Outstanding service will purchase from this dealership. A big thank you to George and his fellow collegues. Thank you.

Disappointing service.Booked a service and mot through their own website which was easy and good.Then I receive a phone call two days before saying they couldn?t do the service and mot because the mot mechanic wasn?t working.So re arrange and on arrival on my new day they had me booked in for a belt change, wrong service price that was much more than the website!! and took a while to sort out.Overall a disappointing service that charges top prices. Will I go back again the answer is simply a big NO.

Bristol Street Motors were fantastic when we went to see them about purchasing a car from another branch. They transported the vehicle to Launceston for us, and provided an excellent, personable service from start to finish.

Recently purchased our new peugeot 3008 from here. George the salesman was fantastic and the car is absolutely perfect. Just cancelled my service with Bristol Street Motors Launceston as they are now charging £20 for a 'courtesy car' or should I say HIRE CAR and if you want them to collect your car from your home and drop it back later they are charging £60. Really missing good 'ol Family run Truscotts. What a lovely company they were. Nothing was too much trouble. Will now look for another family run business locally.

Bought my car here 2 years ago. Really happy with everything. Last year it was serviced and mot'd and that was all good. Courtesy car provided as I live 52 miles away. This year I have to pay £20 for that "courtesy" car. So it's really a hire car, as I don't expect to be charged for something referred to as "courtesy". Looks like I'm leaving Bristol Street motors. No longer the helpful Truscotts I was dealing with originally.

Customer service/receptionists very professional and helpful. Full service and MOT done which included removing and testing the battery. Unfortunately nothing was reset after replacing the battery ? no date/time set, tyre pressure alert came on while driving home. And no courtesy car cleaning.
