“Super friendly, super accommodating, super job!!!Horrible grating noise from the front wheel started after visiting recycling centre. I stopped at ATS for advice, despite them being busy, (I only had to wait about 1 hour), they inspected the front wheel and found a piece of flint lodged between the plates. Wheel was refitted, and I was in my way again.They also did NOT want to charge for this service!!!5 * recommendation from me!”

I phoned North Devon Tyres at Launceston and it was immediately clear that they would do their best to help. Lisa was so helpful and made me feel so much better.Marcus arrived within 30 minutes, got the spare off, only to find the spare wheel was not the correct one.He removed the tyre from the spare , refitted to the existing wheel and then asked me to follow him back to the depot to balance and check all was good for the long journey home.The price they charged was jawdropping- but in a good way! I was expecting it to be so much more. It really restored my faith In human nature.What a fantastic, wonderful team and company to deal with.
