We visit the coffee pot quite regularly and usually the food and service are excellent. Unfortunately on our last visit something was amiss. We ordered two egg florentine, our usual go to, which is usually delicious. This visit however the food took 40 minutes to arrive, was cold, the poached eggs were boiled and the bread on the bottom was hard. I can only imagine there was someone new in the kitchen. It won't stop us visiting again, I just hope it's back to the usual high standard we're used to.

I'm glad I came across this little cafe, just round the corner from the car park. It does decent food at a reasonable price, and the hot drinks are cheaper than most other coffee shops. Worth a visit.

True local coffee spot. Inexpensive, but tasty. Small space, but exceptionally warm and inviting atmosphere, particularly by Jamie who is the friendly face behind the counter. He makes a fabulous coffee! Highly recommend this cafe over any of the others in town.

The best value coffee and breakfast in town. It's one of those reliable places you wish will remain forever. Chap behind the counter is friendly and happy to chat. The seating inside is a bit tight and it's usually busy at the typical hours.
Delivery is usually quick too.

found the coffee pot about 6 mouths ago when look for somewhere it town for a fry up on a Sunday morning.
Now I'm a regular visitor the food is grate value for money
Staff are always welcoming and friendly nothing is to much even when it busy.

I popped into the cafe today with my mum for the 1st time, we were greated by the extremely friendly and welcoming Scotsman!! He made us feel so comfortable and it was so refreshing to be treated so caringly. Absolute credit to the business.
Great food for the amazing price, coffee was superb all round a fantastic experience! Will definitely be regulars from now on.
