“This is the only store that we use to do our food shop and travel from Okehampton at least once a week.The staff are all extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked. There is a good range of products, all of superior quality and great value. We won't entertain shopping anywhere else and the fact that Okehampton has, what could be classed as a competing supermarket but we still travel to Launceston must say something about how good M & S Launceston is.Thank you!”

Friendly, positive, kind, professional young chap who helped me was so fast, scanned everything in seconds, i don't think I ever had such an effective service in any Evri parcel drop offs so far. People like him are the pride of this co-op and should be put as an example to others for how retail person should be like.”

“This is a very large store selling all manor of food items and the occasional extras- ie tools- bike riding gear- garden furniture- etc -- the store is well lit and clean-the staff were competent and a credit to lidl-- the food prices on some items are reasonably priced compared to other known stores- the building is is only on one level for shopping so it's disabled friendly with disabled parking but I'm not sure if the store has public toilets in them”
