I went in to get a bunny today but they asked some silly questions and after all that they said no which was a bit silly so it wastes my time going and travelling all that way for them just to say no.

Absolutely love this team at this store, popped in to pick up some more sawdust and an upgrade cage for my hamster. Alan was especially helpful with telling me which cage is suitable and helped me find my way around the VIP online website. Super friendly and approachable and seemed to really love his job, amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend him and the store to anyone!

I would 100% recommend launceston pets at home. Not only are the staff really friendly and make u feel welcome they the most helpful bunch going.
I fell in love the the massive earred rabbit so bought her and everytime I go in to store they ask about her and how big is she now.

Disgusting service manager told me bring cat food back 56 miles only to only to be told no sorry as its a multi pack would not refund me for the 3 she wanted them all but 3 pouches was missing cat did not like them so she would not refund me for 3 full boxes after she said she would over the phone wasted day wasted fuel and money and then was down right rude! Never again will I ever use this unhelpful store

Lovely shop, popped in whilst visiting Launceston and received very good customer service all round! Polite, hard working and true animal lovers!
