Well had problems with our car, whilst travelling home from Cornwall. We pulled off the main road and was recommended Millers to help. The service was excellent. They diagnosed the problem within 5 mins, ordered a part (which arrived in 20 mins), and we were on our way again in an hour and a half. Very impressed!

These guys are not vw specialists! Car parking full of old disused vw cars, probably ones they couldn't fix lol. Staff looked half asleep. I Told then the current fault codes on my vehicle on arrival and previous issue with my vehicle , they did there own diagnostic which just said the same thing I had already told them. It Was unclear with the way forward to fix the problem and seemed like guess work. I decided not to wait 2 hours for another member of workshop staff to arrive to have a look at it and said I would go else where. He then tried to charge me £120 for a diagnostic test which took 5 mins and told me nothing I didn't already know before walking in. When I challenged the price he said I'm not going to charge that I will do it for £60,WHAT! If I hadn't said anything they would have took £120 from me, it costs £80 at the vw dealers, I know where I would rather go! . Then when I got the receipt for what had been checked there were no details of the diagnostic results/codes, so I had to ask can you put the codes on the receipt, these were then written on in pen. Grim place, would never go back.

They do not do as they said. We left our car for service and they said in 2-3days should all be done. 2weeks past no answer from them . Not even once they called to informed us about the progress. Everytime we called them the guy from the office said he does not know nothing and all he can do apologise . Very poor service very poor comunication very poor customer service .

Phil and the team provided great customer service and explained to me in simple terms what was required to remedy the fault with my car. They are both genuine and passionate about the work they undertake, which is quite rare to see in this day and age. Don?t hesitate to use their services - you won?t regret it!

Not somewhere I'd recommend I'm afraid.Severely lacking in customer service and capabilities.Damaged our car and refused to even acknowledge the complaint. Thankfully we have cover for such things but we certainly won't be returning there!I have noticed the business has responded now. Nice attempt at denial however the car was booked in under my partner's name ?

After being a loyal customer for 5+ years can confidently say I wouldn?t touch this place with a barge pole after giving the benefit of the doubt on a handful occasions it's clear to see they?re incapable of having any organisation or professionalism. And to add insult to injury to the daylight robbery I received the absolute gent thought it was acceptable to smoke a cigarette in the main office whilst serving me like it hadn?t been illegal for the last 20+ years ?.

AVOIDPhoned up a week ago and explained that my Mercedes a class was diagnosed at Mercedes and needed a new exhaust as the actuator was blocked. They said to bring it in so they could have a look at it in a weeks time.Took it in and left it there, 1 hour later I received a call to tell me it?s not something they want to look at because they don?t have the right equipment to calibrate the DPF after the new exhaust is fitted. Why didn?t they tell me this on the phone?When I went back the guy at reception didn?t even know that on their website it says ?German vehicle specialist? including Mercedes. But they don?t have the equipment to work on it??Unplugged my dash-cam and didn?t bother to plug it back in. Cars all over the pavement so you have no vision when pulling out onto the main road.

I never usually do reviews but I am so disappointed with Millers. I took my car in for the muffler to be fixed, I already knew it was broken and let them know it needed to be done. I also asked for them to check my brakes. Didn?t hear from them until a day after I dropped the car off. I had to call all day at work and after calling and calling and no answer, they finally got back to me and said the muffler has gone (I already knew that) and needs fixing, can I pick it up the next day at 8:30 and have the car while they wait for quotes. I get there at 8:30am and there?s no one there, I had to wait for 15 minutes which made me late for work. They eventually turned up and made me pay £40 for them to look at the car and confirm the muffler had gone, I already knew that!!!! They said they?d contact me with quotes, a week later and I?d heard nothing. I called up and they said they?d chase this and send a quote across over email. We are now over a month later, nearly two months, and I still haven?t heard anything so I went elsewhere. Appalling service.

Appalling customer service attitude, failed to pick-up vehicle at arranged time, despite several calls to the garage, left messages failed to reply. Varied excuses for failing to repair my car, an ongoing fiasco, finally the owner advises they are busy and should consider going to another garage after. Wish they had mentioned this 3 weeks ago when I first raised the issue.
