After a round trip of 20 miles I Purchased a blonde Easter egg for my partner as a gift, only for her to find it broken in several bits in the box .what a disappointment to find badly designed packaging for quite an expensive egg .The box had no damage just the egg shame that they are prepared to sell such a product in their stores

This is the only store that we use to do our food shop and travel from Okehampton at least once a week.The staff are all extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked. There is a good range of products, all of superior quality and great value. We won't entertain shopping anywhere else and the fact that Okehampton has, what could be classed as a competing supermarket but we still travel to Launceston must say something about how good M & S Launceston is.Thank you!

Even though this store is one of the smaller food halls it still has a great amount of products, friendly staff and just has overall nice vibes. Love shopping here.
