Popped into Launceston branch to enquire about a new range cooker, Laura was so helpful and a pleasure to be served by, great product knowledge and service, oven arrived before expected and Travis and his mate who delivered it was a delight also. So good to have this company on our doorstep, highly recommended.

Recently purchased a dishwasher was from the Launceston branch. Initially bought a shop floor model, but there was a couple of issues, so in the end we bought a new dishwasher from stock. The service we were given by Josh in store was fantastic. He resolved the initial issues quickly and efficiently. The delivery chaps we met were equally as helpful. Great company to deal with. Wouldn't shop anywhere else tbh.

Recently purchased a new washing machine as my old one had broken. Bought the machine on the Saturday and was able to have it fitted and the old one taken away on the Monday. Really helpful staff and great service all round. Excellent sales team and very professional delivery and fitting.

Visited yesterday to purchase TVMatt was very helpful and had set up a demo to show us the capability of the tv we purchased. Cheaper than Currys and no charge for delivery. Will certainly use Woolacotts in future
