They were almost always making mistakes. No prescription sent from your Doctors, phone the Doctors and they say oh yes they have received the Prescription. Then Boots covered their rear by saying oh the Doctor didn't sign the Prescription. Oh Yes I did sign it says Doctor! Boots are Liars and as I say Always making mistakes!!So now I have my Prescriptions posted to I can collect them anywhere I want.

Finally a pharmacy in Launceston that knows how to sort out managed prescriptions. On time every month and a text beforehand. Helpful friendly staff and your tablets when you need them, what more could you ask for?

If in Launceston, UK... Use Boots ONLY IF the threat of immediate demise prevents you from crossing the road to the Day Lewis Pharmacy as in Day Lewis, Medications are prescribed in a timely manner. In my experience Boots are so devoid of interest in their customers survival that they take liberties with their "Prescription Service?" Which could have cost me my life when an "URGENT PRESCRIPTION" took their pharmacist exactly 32 days to prepare! This was NOT an isolated incident as my surgery requested dressings direct and those took around 3 weeks to generate. I have fed this back to Boots online comments field and received notification they have actioned it. But just so you are aware... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.!!

Lovely little shop, I popped in to get something I ordered online.There was only one person there but it took me a good five minutes to be acknowledged and a further couple of minutes to be served - not something you want when you have ordered online to get rid of the waiting.
