I?ve tried so many times this week calling to speak to someone over the phone. The phone is never answered, I live in a different area so can?t pop into the store and my mum can?t get out. What a joke.

Would be great if they actually had your medication ready when it's supposed to be but that rarely happens anymore. Would suggest going to day lewis or Tesco.

This pharmacy is a joke. Iv rang the dispensary three separate times to make the same discovery. I get down there and they've heard nothing I speak to the dispensary and they said they need to check their emails in which they are not doing. The third time going down there a guy called James gives me the number and says ring before coming down to make sure your prescription is in. I've rang six times from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to know prevail. If you want your prescription go elsewhere truly useless.

Tthis pharmacy is a disgrace. They never send reminders for prescriptions like they say, they are understaffed and most of them (the spanish lady excepted) don't know what they are doing. I went down there Saturday because I had an eye infection and wanted to see a pharmacist and was told there was 'no chance'! Go to Specsavers was her suggestion. What a disgrace,

Turned up minutes after they closed needing spray plaster for a pony bite on my hand, they upended up & got what I needed in seconds, bless all three ladies in the shop on 18/2022, angels indeed.

Ordered my baby's usual medication, they couldn't get it but they didn't bother to tell me. After speaking to a member of staff after waiting about 2-3 weeks for it they said they would contact my local doctors surgery to get an alternative and promised to contact me a couple of days later for an update, they didn't bother again. When I contacted them again they said they didn't get a response from the surgery and to ring the doctors myself...... You would think they would make more of an effort for a baby.

1 member of staff tells you nothing to pick up, so ringing around, getting more prescriptions, going a day without medication etc, only to be told by another member or staff it was there along ????

You guys in Boots are Saint's,I really do mean that. My mum has dementia and just checked phone record's of my mum Patricia G. And she has called you in November most days and a number times each and ever day.I do thank you from the bottom of my heart and sorry about all the calls you do get.Have a great Christmas and hope too see you getting less calls from her. You do have my number as POA contact and if you feel it is needed I maybe could get your number blocked on her phone.But my fear is she will be coming into see you more often.Anyway I do thank you

Been trying everywhere to book a flu jab on my day off but appointments only available when I'm working, today I rang boots and managed to get a flu within hours and without a appointment. Very helpful ladies thank you so much.

Just had to make a small purchase from Boots, Launceston. One person taking up all of the solitary assistant's time while five waiting customers were growing increasingly impatient, even angry. The bell had been rung for assistance - no help arrived. A good ten minutes later the solitary member of staff started to make some inroads into reducing the by now large queue.This is an example of why high street outlets are failing - nothing to do with reduced footfall, just plain poor service. Sadly cannot post a zero star rating.
