I went to go buy some Christmas stuff for people and they Stereo typed us thought we. We're shoplifting when looking they had 3 workers watch us as we went around. Unbelievable

Purchased a TV wall bracket. Didn?t go to fit it until a month later only to find parts were missing. Had lost receipt so didn?t think I would be reimbursed. I went to see them anyway to tell them what had happened.They didn?t quibble at all . They offered a credit note, I said I would rather have the bracket. They gave me a new one and gave me a new receipt.Fantastic service, thank you.

Love love love love this shop !!!! Can't criticise it ! They were put going staff always helping by going the extra mile . Hardly any qué time. lots of parking !!!!! Everything from pot noodles to pet beds ! So much range of stock and shelves were easy to navigate ! . Clean tidy plenty of staff . Chatty and welcoming . Plenty of wheel chair accessable parking too . Whole story is wheel chair friendly to go round with wide isles !
