Sorry im not inpressed about tbe service , i dont no hu is foult if is helston branch or tbe place were tbe repair the woths.
I send 2 woths to reopair in helston branch ,one wass ferrari whoth just need put back on the 2 lancias the ar come off for some reasons i reccive message from timpson see wass coast £90 plus vat ,estorscion and i asck gir my fathetr pocket whoth they see dont aven at tbe moment at sone the got on the proses wass goin to message me fir the praise to repair ,this one wass just over done tbe spring charge and went stack ,i reccive message today sein the wass cost for the repair £350 pound , the whath no t cost that money wass about £100 pound is more sentimental value the value him self ,wass belong to my father him past way in 2012 ,i can text back to sr not repair jus send back to me but them sistem can asept text back try to call not hansered from them abudolutely discresefull pricebig scam and estorcion to nog be raccomended at all, helston branch is goin douwn lott since yhe nice gentelman left , if him wass still there wase reparing im self not send way

Went in to get recommendations for a leather conditioner for a new pair of boots I'd bought and wanted to keep in good condition, but ended up being fobbed off and sold a completely different and wrong item whilst feeling humiliated.I realised the employee wasn't taking me seriously at all when, after paying, he made a comment that I'd ruin the boots after a night out drinking so there's not much point in trying to make them last (he brought up the question of drinking completely unsolicited). Really disappointed and don't recommend.
