Poor layout (pizza in 3 different sections as an example), relatively poor range of products given the size of the store.

I shop here as it's the closest supermarket to me. But I may have to switch very soon.
The place has gone so downhill recently.
Small gripes of mine...
1) Personal shoppers with massive trolleys taking up most of the aisle's.
2) Miniscule supply of local milk (Roddas and Trewithen) which is always sold out.
So the only choice is Arla products, and Tesco own brand (which is also Arla).
Which is an issue, as they are experimenting with using bovaer in their cows. So I always have to go to another shop for milk.
3) If you shop a bit later, when it's quieter... There are no tills open except self service... Which is a nightmare if you've got even a small trolleys worth of stuff.
4) LET ME USE CASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now on to my biggest issue...
Around the side of the building, where the parent and child spaces are... Is where all the staff go to smoke. It constantly stinks of smoke, and there are butts all over the floor... Not just a few either... I'm talking dozens, even hundreds. It's disgusting, and my child has to walk through that every time we go shopping. Someone clean it up... And ban smoking next to the parent and child spaces, instead of putting a little hut up next to them ??
The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the staff have always been pleasant in all the years I've been going there

Seems like the Tesco Superstore in Helston is quite happy to use netting to discourage birds, some of which have become trapped and had to be rescued. Tesco are well known for using bird netting on their buildings, in recent years the Tesco supermarket in North Berwick also thought it was a good idea to put up netting to stop the increasingly rare House Martin from nesting on it's building, after a campaign, they were forced to remove the netting.

I want to thank a Tesco delivery driver for his help. My car stopped on a fast, busy road, several cars passed but no-one stopped, until a Tesco delivery van from the Helston store pulled up in front of me. The driver asked me if I was alright and if there was anything he could do. I didn't get his name, but a huge thank you to him for taking the time from his busy work schedule to offer assistance.

Ms Pip - from Tesco Helston. I always struggle and panic at the till when I pack my groceries.
Ms Pip offered to help sort out my groceries on each bag and organized them well. I never really expected that.
Ms Pip went above and beyond to help me out and she is ?constantly? approachable, chatty and super sweet everytime I see her. I do look for her everytime I do shopping at Tesco as she is a breath of fresh air.
