I had a very negative experience here. The older male optician was extremely rude and rushed through my eye test. He started by raising his voice at me, demanding proof and letters from the NHS about my health conditions, which I found intimidating and unnecessary. Throughout the appointment, I felt he was more focused on rushing than ensuring I could actually see properly. The whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and not cared for at all.

My 86 year old dad has had hearing aids from specsavers and been back a few times and they have been no good at all he just cannot hear with them and they are such poor quality.
