Popped it to screwfix for the last time today the way some bossy woman member of staff was talking to all the customers like idiots for not using click and collect much better service 100 yards away at tool station

Service is now pretty well back to normal following the covid restrictions. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And the next day availability items not immediately from stock is first class.
