I have just handed my notice in after working as a qualified community carer for only two weeks with this company.I was excited to start my new job but on the first day all that changed.I was told I would be shadowing for two weeks but that never happenedI worked with a carer who failed to turn up on time for her shift. The second shift a senior carer was wearing silver bangles with charms on. One carer wore flip flops!They are are rough with the clients. No care, compassion or protection of dignity. The attitude is ?Go in and get it done and get out!?No proper training. No managerial support. No communication. No care!I was appalled!If you are thinking of working for this company DONT!
