I'm a local shopper, I have been shopping here at Helston for 15+ years and have never been spoken to rudely by anyone who works in Lidl.....that is, until recently. If you are going to work front of house which is customer facing then I expect you not to act all frazzled and speak rudely to me. Alison was so rude, she needs to go back to training on how to speak to customers.

Bit confused in store. Tinned meat comes under tinned fish. No queues. Store clean. Bread at back of store so u don?t put shopping on top of it- !! Need receipt to get out of store.

Just went to see what was on offer. Picked up a few things. Too quick on the till, wouldnt have minded if there had been anybody behind me. Still very polite though

Went there especially to bye Easter eggs. None of them had Easter on them. So got them from Tesco. They had Cadbury cream eggs, with happy Easter in them.
