We purchased our stove from Kuggar Stove, and had it fitted by Simon Rootham and Jo. The service was oustanding from the start. We found KS prices to be very reasonable, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Simon and Jo were an absolute pleasure to have in our home fitting. They are both knowledgable, friendly, polite and considerate - it's rare that I enjoy having work done on the house, but these guys were exemplary. I'm a counsellor, so working around my job can be tricky, but Simon and Jo made it easy, totally understood the needs of my business, and did all they could to work around it. They went above and beyond to get the stove in the way we wanted, and even kept me sane when our car had to be towed away! I'll miss our chats about classic cars.

I would like to thank you to the staff at Kuggar Stoves for the help and knowledge over which stove to choose. Also a big thank you for Simon and his team (Joe) who were both extremely helpful and professional, nothing seemed to much trouble. Always polite and tidy. Both are a credit. I will definitely recommend Kuggar Stoves and Simon and Joe if anyone asks me.

Excellent selection of stoves to see in the showroom and very helpful staff ready to advise on absolutely everything. The HETAS engineer/fitter we used was Simon Rootham and his excellent assistant Joe who were fantastic. They provided excellent guidance and advice, their workmanship was of the highest standard and they insisted on cleaning up completely at the end of each days work. In 30 years of living in Cornwall my wife and I both agreed that they were the best tradesmen we have ever had. The stove is definitely our best investment - we love it as do the dogs!
