Didnt use the tyre shop but felt the gents in the shop needed a mention, I was in the petrol garage opposite with a poorly kiddo being sick, one gent working there saw this and ushered me over to use the baby change in their garage then another welcomed me also, very kind in a world where it often goes a miss. I wish i'd of gotten their names! They were so nice, cant thank them enough. Thank you for helping a mum in a crappy situation.

Yet again Treve and the team - Glen on this occasion - Were friendly, professional and always give great customer service. In the last 5 years or so, nothing but sound advice and exceptional work standards. I would never go anywhere else. 10/10

Straight forward tyre replacement and pressure check of remaining tyres. Staff were very good, attentive and sorted the issue while I waited. A positive all round experience. Thanks.

Car started making a clunking noise while in Cornwall on holiday.
We called by to see if they could fit us in, which they did immediately and the mechanic was extremely helpful.
He diagnosed the problem and assured us we could continue our holiday and have it repaired at home.
And as he predicted we were able to get home safely :)

On 13 June, our Toyota was making a noise like a rally car. The Toyota garage would/could not help us on Friday 13 June afternoon. But HiQ Tyres & Autocare Helston did everything they could to ensure that we could drive our car and caravan back home to Switzerland. They tried to organise spare parts, which is hardly possible on a Friday afternoon. But the team did a fantastic job and welded the exhaust for a fantastic price. We had and have had absolutely no problems and are now back in Switzerland. Many thanks to the team

I visited Cornwall for a family holiday which started off with a nightmarish stay (another review upcoming there) and then saw fumes coming off my car! Called RAC who were super diligent in their checks but the person couldn?t fix it and advised me to take the car to HiQ (his recommendation) to get checks done the next morning after giving directional issues with oil leakage. Next morning, I showed up at HiQ in Helston, explained my situation to the gentleman at the reception, and got myself booked for checks same day. Anthony (mechanic at the garage) explained in detail what was missed by my well reputed car dealer?s service routine a week ago and the mess it created.. thankfully he was able to turn a knob and fix it. All this for no charge at all! These guys genuinely helped me at a time when I was preparing to get my car towed (plan B) back home to London.. highly recommend these folks. Keep up your awesome work guys!! You?re rockstars!! God bless!!

Had a service done here and everything they did I've since had multiple garages raise significant eyebrows. Notably for me, 'completely' worn horse shoe brake pads, thought ok ill do that myself, after finally getting to them and comparing to the brand new ones, there was barely 1mm difference. Had an sealant undercoat spray, every since saying they did nothing but try and cover over problems.

Well done to Treave for exceptional customer service on my MOT today, what a friendly, proactive and helpful person he is. The service was speedy and the fixes fast, priced to suit the speediness rather than dragging it out for extra hours. What a welcome surprise!

My elderly mum has been here on quite a few occasions and they're sooo friendly and efficient too. (Liverpudlian man and younger one) We were there earlier on with a punctured tyre and it was immediately repaired.

Great! The fellas there heard my car pulling up and instantly diagnosed a rear break problem. They booked me an appointment a few days later . On the day I waited maybe 2 hours or less and the price was fair.

I find going to garages as a young woman usually extremely intimidating but Justin at Hiq was so friendly and helpful and the team sorted my flat tyre straight away. Would recommend this place to anyone, especially people not so confident about cars.
